Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Build Bar. By accessing or using our website, booking tools, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not continue to use the Services.

Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party intellectual property right.
• Post or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or provide inaccurate information.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the Services, including by scraping, crawling, or using automated systems or software.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe (in our sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms or engaged in activity that could harm Build Bar, our builders, or our community.

Limitation of Liability

Build Bar and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
